Housework

Toady is Saturday, I didn’t need to work. I wish I could sleep late, I wish I could have a peaceful Saturday morning, but it turned out to be another story.

First, I have to wake up to clean up the bed sheet as it was spoiled by milk and made everything dirty. I had no choice but woke up to clean the bed sheet and the pillow case, as well as the clothes in the laundry bag. Then I had to sweep the floor and do a little bit cleaning. When the laundry is done, I went to hang up the clothes and the heavy heavy bed sheet and the blanket case to let them dry up under the strong wind.

The housework took me almost the whole morning and used up all my energy. I could never imagine doing housework is such a hard and energy consuming job. I would rather go to school to be with the kids and then I can be free after school.  I think it would be better for me. 

But well, I understand the importance of doing housework in a family and I will do my best. After today’s housework, I hope I can have a peaceful and relaxing weekend for me to take a rest, both physically and mentally.  I feel headache these days which tells me I really need to have a break before I come to the war next week.
