silly-so-and-so

i came to the realization lately. . . that i am a city girl at heart. my soul just lifts every time im in the city (for those of you who are unaware, when those of us from the tri-state area {EC} say "the city" that means New York City ). such a darling place really, the sights the sounds, the commotion, the strangers, the style, the restaurants, the FOOD, the music, the history, i could go on forever…. just GLAMOROUS.

since i was a young girl… my eyes have glistened in awe. its the most beautiful place in the world. {well second to jersey that is 😉 hah} and its at my fingertips.

a place this perfect needs no justification.

also, i miss living in an urban setting. ive been in kearny for the past  three days and counting, and spent my morning to late afternoon in newark. what a treat. i miss the buzz -. the sound of planes at night, the smell of polution… hah. always somethingto do or see. and everywhere is within walking distance. speaking of which, my dad happens to live three blocks away from PIZZALAND and a few more blocks from THE SOPRANO. those are just two of the closest sopranos filming locations haha. several are within the area. and the arlington diner from "running scared" also down the street. i just love knowing how spectacular jersey really is. nobody really knows unless they have lived here of course. i know im always saying how i want to get out and see new places and people, but when it really comes down to it… i am more than happy here, and more likely than not… this is where i will be settling down with my family when the time comes.

the garden state has rooted my heart.
