Things I’ve learned on this journey so far

So the 1st 7 days of this Journey of getting centered and dropping the weight (spiritually, emotionally, and physically) has been interesting. I’ve learned a few things:

  1. I am finding it easier to cut out distractions, hinderances, and bottlenecks with ease where before it would’ve been hard.
  2. I am really coming into my own and really NOT caring what people think of me whether it be peers, higher ups,  leaders, church members,  and family.
  3. I am mentally and physically stronger than I’d ever thought I could be (this is pertaining to my consecration. It’s by hard the hardest that I’ve ever taken)
  4. Through all that I’ve encountered this last past week,  be is disappointments,  shocking revelations,  extreme bouts of joy or peace, I’ve been able to stay focused on God. Purpose before Ministry,  it’s the long way around the mountain but I’m more grateful for it in the long run.

My focus for the next 7 days is going to be (now that I’ve gotten alot of the hinderances,  people pleasing, and what not out of the way) going deeper in worship with God. This has been much better that it was but there is a dimension that GOD keeps trying to take me to and for some odd reason I cannot get there yet. I expect to go deeper,  and travel in the spirit as the Lord ONCE allowed me to do. Man it was a blast!!! i look forward to it. That is the only expectation that I have for myself. I will wait to see what God has for me on the other stuff and be sure to document.

Check out my playlist! They don’t have alot of Gospel on the site but I got what I could:
