She’s coming back I can feel her rising

The old energetic me I mean……. I feel her arising lol.

I got up this morning and went walking for about 50 minutes got dressed and listened to my worship music in the house this morning while getting ready for work. Oh My gosh yall I haven’t listened to my music when getting dressed for a LOOONNNNGGGGGG time like almost 6 months. I love to worship God in the morning and sing songs of praise and I think I really stopped doing it when one morning one of my neighbor’s complained that the music was too loud. Although she loved the music she said it was shaking her walls one morning. So I just stopped playing my music on the stereo system all together,  which meant I also stopped worshipping like I used to in the morning.

This morning I put my music on and started singing and getting in the shower and getting dressed and I feel good! My neighbor said she misses my music in the mornings so I guess it would do me good to continue to play it just not to the point that it’s too loud lol. What’s crazy is my Daughter has her own CD player and she does the exact same thing in the mornings. Shortly after I wake her up in the morning I hear cheetah girls, Raven, or Hanna Montana on blast LOL! She sings with the music too lol. We all know the songs on the cds because of her. Hey I guess mama planted a good seed there lol.

Motivation to work really hasn’t hit me yet HAHA! but I will start in a minute……….

I only got in 96 Oz of water yesterday so I have to kick butt and take some names with the water today. I haven’t lost any weight or anything atleast I don’t feel it yet…… I just wanted to acknowledge that the Old Nikki is coming back! My face is beginning to clear up and I took my vitamins and My iron supplement like I was supposed to do too Yay me lol!

Oh BTW I recommend a new excellent worship Cd for all you worshippers out there. I like to dance and listen to Worship music of all kinds not JUST Gospel, or JUST christian Rock, or JUST Old time Church songs, or JUST Comtemporary Gospel. I listen to everything.  

The name of the Cd is Freedom by sounds of a New Breed. I don’t know if any of you are familiar with Israel Houghton and New Breed’s Cd’s. Well on this Cd New Breed has went solo and they are rocking it. I LOVE this Cd I’ve had it on repeat  Since Yesterday. If my job would allow me to post their music I definitely would. I’ll come back and see if I can later today.
