Well the verdict is in (job situation)

After having everyone in the office freak out about what was going to happen to our company seeing as how they gotr rid of a couple of different departments and brung in a ton of temps actually outweighing the number of actual employees we finally had our meeting today.

As it turns out we as employees have two choices. To either join the new company that has bought us out start anew and continue to make the same salary, have seniority wiped completely out or get fired. Oh BTW we have until Friday to make our decisions

I will admit I am a little upset about this because the company that is buying us out and moving our positions to their facilities is Siemens. If you all don’t know who this company is you will soon find out. They are a force to be reconned with. They are a major outsourcing intentity and they take over lots of companies in a nutshell.

Well, mama’s gotta pay bills so unfortunately I have no choice but to take the offer. the only thing that bothers me about this new company is that their turn over rate is SOOOOOO high. And every single employee that has ever worked there literally hates their job. I have yet to get a good report about this company.

Right now I’m pondering everything but I will need to seek God in prayer about all of this because it is a bit overwhelming right now.

Yall keep me lifted I’m feeling like Jimmy right now  lol :

That stinks. You can always stay for now and look for another job later. I pray that it all turns out for you.

You know, I know that God will lead you. From this side looking in, it sounds good to take the offer and start looking elsewhere immediately. Just because you accept the offer doesn’t mean you have to stay, you know?

It’s already worked out…IN YOUR FAVOR! Listen for His voice and follow it. Love and prayers! ((((MrsD))))

Please remember the story of the spies. They were so overwhelmed by what they saw, that they forgot what the Lord had promised them. So, my Divine Sister I will leave you with these words from Joshua 1:7-9 (NIV): “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever yougo. Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Please remember, “the Lord your God will be with you WHEREVER you go!” Smooches…

A take over is always hard. If you find that it becomes unbearable you should definitely be pro-active to find a new job, before they ask you to leave.

Well, I hope all works out for the best for you and your job situation.

Praying for you. We just recently experience a buy out with our company and I know it can be stressful. You’re in God’s hands, the best hands… Let Him carry you!
