John is so little and cute I just wanna squidge his face then do dirty stuff to him!

Needless to say it’s going well. He’s not actually that little, he’s just not tall, but he’s so cute! We took the dogs for a walk around a local nature reserve last night, he has one and I have two, although one of mine is ancient and doesn’t really play out. Held hands, laughed, he saved me several times when I tripped over branches and almost broke my neck! We talked about anything and everything, silly stuff like what we’d do if we won the lottery, and big stuff like the Jehovah’s in work and things.

He dropped his dog off at home then came to stay at mine. We cuddled, and chatted, and laughed some more. One thing led to another, inevitably, and we ended up sleeping together. All I’ll say is, a good time was had by all, that boy knows what he’s doing! He can read me like a book. He claims to be self conscious about sex, but that’s definitely not the impression I got from him last night!

Things feel good with John. In every sense. I feel so unbelievably comfortable around him. I know he’s the kind of guy who’ll take care of me physically and emotionally, that he’ll take care with things I share with him. He’s an actual genuine good guy, who thinks about me and puts me first. I think it’s safe to say that this is how it should be, when you meet someone. It should be exciting.

I guess we’ve just both been in shit relationships in the past and it’s only now we have both been able to say it’s worth it if only because now we appreciate each other so much more. We’re on the same wavelength, we want the same things.

I’ve always believed in timing, that unless you’re both ready at the same time, wanting the same things, then it’ll never work. It feels like maybe this is the right time for both of us, and because we know that, there’s no rush. Neither of us are going anywhere!
