Vegas Baby!
Hello my darlings! I have been working like a, well, work horse! Since they fired my girl (who got a new job 3 days later btw, thank you very much!), one girl left, one is transitioning to a position in a different department, and 5 other people are working out in the field away from the office, my plate has been uber full! And stressful!
I called myself looking at what I have left to do this semester while on the train last night. Not pretty! I have 3 papers do every Thursday until May. Every.single.thursday. Ugh. I have 2 300+ books to read, 6 movies to watch, 4 events to go to…dude, I’m so over my life, like, for real.
Let’s talk about some happy – like how I got J a limo for his birthday. He has no idea what I have planned for Vegas. It’s not a lot, but it was the best I could do. Since this is my month for date night I’m taking us to Cirque du Soleil’s Zumanity show
It’s suppose to be a very sensual show, and it doesn’t occur until 10:30pm, so it should be a hot night lol. Friday the limo is picking us off, dropping us at Fremont Street for a little bit, then taking us to Tao for dinner and partying
I’m also having a cake delivered to him there. Here’s an example of the work the cake place does:
Annnd, that’s it lol.Besides, I didn’t want to monopolize his time. I know he wanted to go to Vegas for his own reasons, so I want him to have time to do whatever he wants to do. I thought Tao was a good choice because he wants to see celebrities and a lot of them go there. We shall see.
Besides that, nothing else is up just trying to maintain. I’ll update again (hopefully with pictures) when I get back from Vegas :~)
God Speed,
Reina
Have a ton of fun girlie!
