Finally!
This entry may seem a little anti-climactic after the title, but so what?
When Mama and I came home from the paper route this morning, I was greeted by Emma, Laurie’s youngest alter (that we know of). She has grown a little since last time we talked, and it was fun being around her. At the time, Jack was out, as is beginning to be usual, once again. I was asleep until just a little bit later.
We went to bed after a few minutes, which was good, because it was almost 7am. Once we got into bed, Emma went back inside and out came Hank. At first, it was Jack and Hank, just talking. Then, I woke up and realized what was going on. I didn’t tell him I came out, because we were both so tired, and I didn’t want to interfere with my husband’s getting some sleep, but I was tickled pink, pardon that expression, that I FINALLY got to spend some time with Hank.
As we were going to sleep, I strapped on my breathing mask, and Hank gently put his hand on my arm. I can’t explain how great that simple, single touch felt.
Color me a happy happy girl!
Love to everyone,
Betty Louise
So wait… does your wife have alternate personalities, too? And are you doing anything to become one instead of twelve?
