Mikey quit smoking today

Today was a rather usual day, for the most part.  Mikey quit smoking today, for which I am very grateful.  I’ve asked Jenn to send me her login information for OD via email, so I can go on to her diary and update the layout myself without having to be at her house.  I hope she’ll send it!

I was tired today, because my stupid stopped-up nose prevents me from using my sleep mask at night, lately, and it’s beginning to show.  I just stay exhausted!

We went to the doctor today.  It was Mikey’s visit, but I gained something from it, too.  Dr. Porter gave me some Nasonex, to see if a steroidal nose spray would help clear this stopped-up nose.  So far so bad.  Nothing doing.

Nothing but nothing is helping with my nose.  I have a theory…..that while Mikey was still smoking inside the house, I developed an allergy to smoke, since I’ve been quit for two months (almost).  It makes sense to both of us, but one never knows, does one?  Or, as an old French song I like says, "On ne sais jamais".  That just means "One never knows".

I’m winding down.  About time….it’s 9:44pm.  I’ve become so old-mannish from this sleep apnea problem, and I hate it.  I’m only 33.  I shouldn’t feel as if life ends at midnight!
