***PANIC TRIGGERS***

 

PROVE IT, HERMY……

 

 

Just found out one more trigger of panics in me.  This is Oscar.

 

Here’s what I know so far :

 

1) When somebody talks loud, it scares me really bad, cause it seems like there’s always trouble…big big big trouble

2) When people talk too quiet.  Makes me think somebody is plotting to hurt or kill me.  Don’t know why.  I know why number 1.  Daddy and Matt.  Just knew when I read what Barbara typed.

3) Don’t like people touching me, unless I know I can trust them.  Not many people I trust.  You, body of Mikey; and Mama, Memaw, or the babies.

4) Can’t be in a crowd cause there is no way to get out, most of the time.  If I can get outside, it helps a little, sometimes.  Can’t, most of the time.

5) Loud noise or constant noise.  Scares me and Louis.  Don’t know why, unless it’s that Daddy’s truck always made loud noises.

6) DARKNESS.  Scared to death of darkness.  Don’t wanna tell anybody what I’m scared of.  They use it against me later.  Hurt me over and over cause they know they can.

7) Water running.  Don’t understand why water noise scares me.  It does, though.

8) Having my back to open space.  If I have my back against something, no room for anybody to sneak up behind me and kill me behind my back.

9) Feeling emergency and no explanation.  Like the other night, when I felt emergency, but everybody was ok.  Need to find reason for feeling, but what can I find if no reason is there?
