Do not hate yourself. Loving yourself is not selfish or stupid. Others love you and if they can then you most be worthwhile. The dream thing is something you have to share on your own. If someone asks and it rushes you when you first wake up you may lose all or even most of the dream. Then they cannot get the whole gist of what you are trying to say.

Also the first addiction counselor I saw downtown showed me an article that talked about looving yourself. Christ said to love others like we love ourselves. Addicts have a problem with loving themselves.

I meant loving yourself. Not looving. I am mispelling words right and left these days.

awww dont’ say that. it may have been that they just know better. I’ve found out from my family that often when i seem cross they just stay shut up and out of my way until i calm down and am ready to approach them and tell them. and i asked well once ‘well why don’t you guys ask me whats wrong? don’t you care?’ and they told me they do but know i get madder when asked so this is better.
