Messed About

So Merlin are still messing Mike around but there’s no surprise.  They are now on about that we may have to move every 3 months until they find a permanent position.  Can you say no?

Also, a few weeks ago we bought a sofa-bed from Bensons for Beds for £400, and within a couple of days it was creaking worse than my old one.  So we called them up and got the usual, we will call you back.  Which they did at 10 to 8 the next morning, with news that they have to call the manufacturers in China.  That was nearly a month ago, and If I don’t get a good nights sleep (and my moneys worth of course) soon I may go on an axe murdering spree.

Mike’s brother Chris, came round last night to watch Buffy.  He wants to come round every night now.  We’re halfway through season 2 in under 2 weeks since starting.

An OD Friend has started a long-distance book club, which I thought I’d mention in case any of you guys wanted to join.. I’m quite excited about the idea.  Does that make me a real geek?
