School was locked down

Man was that freaky.

I was in band and we had just stopped playing when the principal came on the intercom and said that we were going into a lock down. So Sigler cut the lights off, locked us in, and sent us all into the percussion closet, where we stayed for about twenty minutes. No one knew if it was a drill or not.

Come to find out, there was a shooting in the apartment complex across the street.

You know, my school has a bad rep for being a "ghetto school" (which we aren’t, we’re actually pretty equally diverse), but this just takes the cake. lmao.
