Look who is back.

I am so sorry I have neglected you, dear Open Diary. There has seriously not been enough time to do anything.

We got third place at championships! It was the most amazing feeling in the world. We were only ONE AND A HALF POINTS from first place! Bittersweet, that is. But good to know we did so well. I miss indoor terribly.

Alice got me a Kindle! I am almost certain that this is the greatest device ever invented. It’s perfect! I can get an ENORMOUS amount of the classics for free as well as some limited time promotional offers. Based on the books I have already loaded to it, this baby has paid for itself. She also got me a very nice leather cover that includes a book light. It’s bright pink, which I’m not crazy about, but I am certainly not one to complain about the color when it serves such a nice purpose. If you are an avid reader, I recommend this.

I have a 6 page paper due on Monday, which I am not looking forward to.

Rob and I are doing all right. Unfortunately I won’t be seeing him tonight as it’s Saturday, but it’s okay, I suppose. I’m feeling a little down in the dumps and have my fingers crossed that he will call me down there anyway. 😀

For some reason, ever since I have loaded this site, Firefox has been extremely ornery and keeps freezing. Anyone else experiencing this?

Anyway, I can’t guarantee that I will be able to catch up on all of my bookmarks, but I will try to read the most recent entries.
