Here We Come, Right Back Where We Started From…

I’ve been playing my iPod nearly nonstop since I woke up today (at 12.30). I’ve made good progress in reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – I’m on page 437.

I don’t work any full days this week, and I won’t pick them up if they ask me. My job is a 0.6 (22.5 hours/week) for a reason – because that’s the amount of hours I want right now. My supervisor keeps asking me to stay later and I keep saying no, but she’s not getting the message. I have to work this weekend, though, which sucks ass. I hate working weekends, mostly because it means I have to get up early. I get up early during the week. Isn’t that enough? Whatever.

Thursday after this, I’m getting my wisdom teeth out. I was talking to Erik about it earlier this evening and I was telling how scared I was of being unconcious, and he said he would come if I wanted him to. Which makes him the best. Ever. Evereverevereverever.

Anywho. I’ve updated the list of things to do, again, so here you go. Again.

transfer all calendar information into new planner
book appointment for leg/bikini waxing appt. at Peaches & Cream for 15August07, 3.15 pm

getting wisdom teeth out appt. at Kingsway Oral Surgery for 9August07, 9.15 am (days booked off: August 9th – 12th)
get campsite (for Hope – August 22nd), hostels (Nelson – August 21st; Kelowna – August 25th) booked for trip
organize clothes in closet
find a new dresser with bigger/deeper drawers (Ikea trip -> MALM; GLAD DOFS; PJATTERYD; SLÄTTHULT)
organize books/movies/cds on shelves
finish organizing desk
bring old books to library to donate
write and mail cards/letters to: Emily, Kelly, Ashley
thank Erik profusely for: picking up the new hard drive that works marvelously; picking up new ink for my printer; loaning me his removable hard drive and sharing all 20000-some songs of his with me
pay Erik back for the ink!!!! ($80)
pay rent/internet for August (July 31st/August 1st)
decide what to bring for trip (clothes, books, etc.)

This is pretty good progress, if I may say so myself. And I do. Anyways, I’ve spent my afternoon/evening reading Harry Potter and listening to music and ripping audiobooks to my computer, and converting them to m4b files with MarkAble, which is from here forth the most awesomest program in the world. Aaaaannnnyyyyways, it’s 10.36 11.29 and I should go shower since I’m covered in sweat (it was so hot in our house today; probably up around 29 or 30 around 6pm). So… Peace out, kids.

P.S. – Emmycakes, I’s working on finding an awesome card for you and writing it and sending it. I promise. Sending it before the trip, dammit. And a postcard from Vancouver mebbee. Because of the lov’n’s I gots for yew. <333
