Swing

I think I need to find another swing. Bruce either naps from doing tummy time or when he’s sleepy I put him in his swing. I’ve been trying to put him in his crib but he’ll only sleep for about 10 minutes. He’s definately tired, put him in swing and is asleep instantly.

He’s going to have 1 day a week at my mom’s house, long enough that he’s going to need a nap or two. I figured I’ll leave the pack n play there, she can put it in their room. Easy to take down and set aside, so she doesn’t have it taking up space the other 6 days. Well I don’t know if he’s really going to nap for her! I might just have to hope they work out their own routine. I would like to go to Goodwill to find some warmer clothes for Bruce and maybe me. Maybe I’ll do that tomorrow. I don’t want to bring Bruce with. I think there’s a Once Upon A Child right by there but am not sure. On their website it doesn’t indicate that. At least there use to be one there. I don’t want to spend a lot on a swing for her since it won’t be used a ton. Our swing was $140.

Falling asleep during tummy time isn’t a good idea for her since they have a dog. I can leave him on the floor here, I pretty much stay in the living room, see him from the kitchen well. I’d think she’d want to do something while he’s asleep, if he’s in the pnp or in a swing, noone has the worry about the dog.

It would be nice to have something there for whenever we go over there. There is a Johnny Jump Up but right now he’s a little too young for that, place can’t sleep in that.
