What lowers my blood presure….

Astella did me a big favour and tagged me with this OD chain letter thing. Now, instead of telling you how stressed out i’ve been about the decisions in my life and the horrible obsessive fear they have brought to me, i will tell you about relaxing things.

BTW, i have naturally low blood pressure, so if i lower it any more, i’ll just faint. But relaxing? That good 🙂

1. Nature. Being outside. Seeing so many different things from different angles, things that have nothing to do with people and their egos.  

2. Friends. Talking to someone i haven’t talked to in a long while, in real life or on OD. Discussing major issues…. but not the ones that concern us right at that spot in time.

3. My sociology-book-club-thing. I’ve been working with these two cool people – a marketer and a sociologist – writing this book about how people fantasize and how that can be used for marketing. Actually, we haven’t been doing that much work on it, but we read many books and meet to discuss hem. It’s like therapy.

4. Hugging Nir.

5. Gripping, insightful novels.
