To all of you who are enjoying your safe homes – be thankful.  Watch the news and be thankful that you do not live in Palestine.  It’s not a joke that we Americans are insulated from the worst of it all…it’s kind of amazing also that some people don’t leave the country, much less watch the news and see all the suffering taking place across the ocean.  We’re really lucky.
