6 weeks yielded a wonderful 8-10lb loss. I can handle that pace. Oh boy can I handle it.

Christ almighty, just got back from a six mile run in sweltering heat. Or was it even sweltering heat? Hahaha, internet weather service claims only 75 degrees. If this is true…then I am the biggest biotch in the history of biotches. Cassie is passed out next to me…why? I am not sure. She’s a mess.

I really like Winnipeg. I think its a nice city with lots of cool places to explore. It sort of feels like home. Perhaps I’ve lived here in another life, who knows. It’s a nice city with a lot of weird character, which is good for weird characters like me. I really do NOT want to leave…I just feel so bad leaving my mom home alone with my cat. Right now, I am in Canada, mom is in PA and dad is in Louisiana. What an absurd family situation.

So, my current records to beat are as follows.

Half mile : 3:13 (as per 8/15/08)

One mile : 7:52

Three mile : 27:32

Pullups : 7??? I’d say probably 4-5. Cassie claims I did 7 though, but she’s a woman and thusly her opinions, thoughts and whatnot simply must defer to my own.

ryn – what are you talking about? he’s not indian… and he’s not the one talking about the “caste system” you spoke of – i was. i said there is a social stigma attached to it that *I* dont want to be associated with (with having that much money) …and i agree, kids who are given their entire educations dont appreciate it, theyre all spoiled brats.
