[13:48] kwosun: ok, here is my ancient chinese secret
[13:53] kwosun: buy bonless and skinless chicken tights of one standard size box i guess it might be one to two ponds
[13:54] kwosun: 2. take out some embeded fat and the the veins (blood vessels) inside the meat
[14:00] kwosun: 3. spice it with 3 table spoons of cooking wine, 1 table spoon of ginger piowder, 1 table spoon of onion powder, 1/2 table spoon of garic powder, 4 table spoons of soy source, 1 table spoon of seseame oil, and 3 table spoons of oyster source. mix them well.
[14:04] kwosun: 4. you can buy the ginger powder almost in many canadian grocery stores (i mean amercan). sometin=mes even the saseame oil too.  But you can only get oyster source from chinese grocery store.  You should not buy that much.  the saseame oil is expensive.
[14:10] kwosun: 5. take of the skin briefly from the broccoli cut it into pieces as i usual do.  you can use two pack of broccoli with one pack of chicken tights if they like vegitables
[14:12] kwosun: 6.  put cooking oil about 6-7 table spoons in the cooking pan unti it is hot.  then stir fry the chicken tight about 15 – 20 minutes depend on how much meat yiou use
[14:14] kwosun: 7.  stir fry the broccoli seperately by itself about ONLY 1 minute.  and dump the chicken meat into the broccoli throughly mix them for ONLY 1 minute.
[14:18] kwosun: 8. pull into the mixed meat and broccoli with water pre mixed corn storch (3 – 4 table spoons cornstarch powder with 1 -1 1/2 cup of water) and thouroughly mix them
[14:19] kwosun: 9.  Put peanuts as much as you like and then mix thougroughly and ASERVE and ENJOY. 🙂
