This week…

I rocked my 8.3 mile run @ 1hr 39min….

Hills I did 6 repeats of 27, 28, 29, 31, 33, 38, 43 seconds.  First four or five were all out sprints up Irish Lane.  The last was at a 5k pace.

1x1600m @ 8:28:57
1x640m @ 3:19:09 – 8:17 pace
1x640m @ 3:11:00 – 7:58 pace
1x640m @ 3:12:00 – 8:00 pace

Sssssshhhhhhhhhweet!! Sprints are fun! I find them more enjoyable than long-distance running, though I suppose jogging is better for you. Figures. Ditto on what .Laws.of.the.Heart. said.
