I have decided to Follow Jesus

I didn’t think that I would ever get this video on here, today. I guess that I just need a lot more practice putting music on the od.

I luv the following version of: I have decided to follow Jesus. It’s sung by high school drama & music team.  Have only heard the version of the song, previously: in an up-tempo. Like how they slow this down, being accompained by a divine cello and a  piano. And the passion/contemplation/communication with the Lord: on all the kids faces: is truly inspiring!

A lovely reminder of my baptism on Apr 2, 1994 when all of us newly baptised sang the song as we paraded into the church carrying candles. Since then, no turning back! Following the Lord has been an exciting journey of getting deeper into the mystery of God being revealed. Jer 33.3 comes to mind, “Call to me, and I will answer you; I will tell you things great beyond reach of your knowledge.” Nice entry to read on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks, Bri.

This was a great song and video. You can see the Love for Jesus on all their faces. Very inspiring to see children so in love with Jesus. Thanks for sharing.

It is always a beautiful thing to see when children are really into the love for the Lord. As parents we do want the best for them and hoping they shall go the right way. 🙂

great singing. I love that they were in jeans and not choir robes.

Came by to say hello, how are you & Happy Halloween. Seems you are busy too, right? We just got heal from the long 2 weeks flu, fever & coughing. Really tiring. Wish you all joy, happiness & love, Bri! And Happy Halloween to you too! *HUGZ* 🙂

Awww… what a beautiful version of this song… (wiping a tear). Watching these precious kids sing this, it really brings a smile to know that there are some of our teens who really have a love for Jesus. Much of what we hear from today’s teens have them using the name of Jesus as a swear word… but this was a beautiful video. Thanks for sharing this. Much love,

It took me quite the time to come and responding to everyone’s notes. Not easy when you have so many friends here! *smiles* But it’s really good to hear the least that you are doing well. How’s the cold? Here in Germany, the cold is really a tough time now. There are few of those swine flu going on and it made me worried all the time for my kids. We were ill for the whole 2 week.

November 12, 2009

Hello and GOOD MORNING, Bri! How are you doing right now? Still ill? I’ve got not the time but I feel guilty if I don’t come by and just greet everyone. I appreciate everyone of my friends supports & prayers here. I am so proud of all of you! If I got more time I shall come by again. Writing is difficult but I managed this. Love my laptop – can bring this anywhere.

So, I write more at the hospital while Suada is sleeping. If I don’t do this, I shall go mad because it is SOOOOOO BORING there and there is no TV in the ward. It is not allowed, you see. Poor kids must be sooooo bored there. You just can’t play toys more than 12 hours. LOL I hope soon that she’s getting well but the progress of her coughing is still terrible.

November 12, 2009

Too many kids got swine flu at the ward and I am very, very worried I might get this and then bring that virus back home to my other kids. Really not good. So, I am off now and get ready. But the least I am happy I can talk a bit here with you! I wish you a lovely Friday, Bri! Do enjoy your weekend too. If U r still ill, then do take care, alright? Bye! *HUGZ*

I pray that you are doing well and are happy at this moment. Hopingly that life is kind at this time and hopingly to see more of you here soon. I wish you a lovely Tuesday from Germany and thank you soooo much for all of your notes and prayers when I needed it the most in times like this. Suada is recovering fast and she is sleeping well. My other kids are still so ill.

November 17, 2009

I can only hope and pray that they are not having any of those swine flu because it has spreaded like unseen explosion at the school and at the clinic. Wonder if going out in the public would be okay? Scary thoughts tho’ … So, until then, Bri. Do take care! *hug*

Is that game this Sunday. Thanks for reminding me. I forgot.. Yeah we have had some tough loses. And they seem to lose at the end. Yeah I heard the Patriots lost last week. You are the first person I thought of when they lost. And of course Bobs brother in law who is from Boston. But this weekend there will be no mercy. May the best team win..

You are wondering how am I doing here and how is Andrew? For the moment it is okay but not THAT okay, you know. We are working hard for this and we are defending this family we love so much. The Lord is guiding me and I know HE is watching. For all that had happened, there are reasons and I would not want to ask of something I do not understand. So, I just give it up all to the Lord. HE knows

November 21, 2009

what’s good for me. 🙂 I just need the prayer from you, Bri. That is all I need. My faith is strong but not my body. My spirit soars for the security I need from the Lord to make me feel safe. At this time, I feel not safe, really. It is a hard time but I manage this. I’ve been down that road before, so I shall get up and fight when it is necessary. The Lord guides my way. Amen.

November 21, 2009

And I wish you a lovely Sunday! God Bless you, my friend.

Ok Ok you won…….. We had 8 people over to watch the game. Then we ate Lasagna.. Dinner was very quiet. Except for the Pats fan. He rambled on through the whole dinner. I think we all wanted to shove the lasagna in his mouth. Only kidding. We did have a fun day. Oh and congratulations on your win.. The Jets stink. I admit it.

thanks fr your notes. appreciated.

Thank you.
