Anything, Anything

Okay, so i know i have not written anything in a while, but, truth be told, my access to a computer is pretty limited. At work i cannot get to this site.

Work. i now work for GEICO Direcet. Within a few months of hire, i somehow landed a job as the System Security Administrator, Outlook Exchange Coordinator, Call Analyst for the new Tucson site. The title sounds hefty, but i like the job. A lot.

Not too much else has been going on. i am applying for grad school this year and while waiting to find out wheter not not i am worhy, i will be taking Grad-level classes. To to keep myself busy. To keep on top of things. So i can dsitract myself from the otherwise meaningless downward turn everything has taken.

A month and a week ago i stood in a hospital room watching my couain have a baby. My cousin is all of 3 months my junior, and she and i have been through everything together. And up until the day she gave birth, it had stayed that way. Now she is someone’s mother. She is Araceli’s mother. Everyone in my family has told me i need to “get with it,” but i don”t think they understand that i never will.

Everything is back to being bizarre although nothing is going on.  Everything seems like the way it looks when you’ve finished a nice brandy alexander, and you’re not quite full, not quite drunk, and thirsty for something new.

i am not complaning though, because i have been succeeding more than i have in the past.

Jenny sis getting married soon. Carrie had a baby. Stephanie is a mom. Eva owns a house. Andrea is in school. Deanna began a new life. i am on pause in a way.

i hope to hit play soon.
