NoJoMo 4

I’m just at work finishing up lunch.  I got pizza from Pizza Hut and…I’m stuffed lol.  Anyways.  Didn’t get home until after 3 am.  Ended up taking my mom to the hospital.  She thought we were nuts, but at the same time it was enough to scare here.  We explained all the symptoms to the nurse and the dr and neither one of them seemed very concerned.  They did blood work….did a ct scan and sent her home.  Now..I disliked the dr from the minute he came in the room.  I thought he was a complete nut job and he proved it to be true.  He comes in with the results.  Says everything came back fine from the bloodwork…rules out diabetes….says that everything was normal with the ct scan….except the and I quote "little bulge on the bottom of the brain"……ok how normal  is that???  Seriously.  Told her it had nothing to do with why she was being seen or any of the symptoms that she was having…told her to go home get some rest and maybe get an appointment with an eye doctor.  Ok…she has apparently had blurred vision for a couple of months now..but what caused it to go downhill so fast in a matter of 2 months?  What is causing the pain and pressure behind her eyes..her lack of short term memory…her confusion…and unability to focus/concentrate????  Yet the ct scan was normal….

I’ve convinced her to get a second opinion.  Even if she just goes to the regular family dr and gets his opinion and hopefully he’ll refer her to a neuroligist.  don’t think I spelled that right lol.  It just doesn’t seem right…and part of me wants to trust the dr from lastnight but like I said I just got odd feelings about him from the minute he walked in the room. 

So anyways she’s at home.  I went up there this morning and took my youngest brother to daycare so she could somewhat relax today.  I even called into work for her lol.  Just told them I wasn’t letting her go to work and explained to them why. 

Anyways I’m beat and I’m back on the phones at work…so later
