Weekend and More Babies
Hmmm well this weekend was pretty busy. Friday I worked and came home and didn’t do much. Saturday I woke up and went ot school. Matt wen to Blackfoot to help one of his great grandma’s move. Then he came to pick me up at home. School was pretty boring. I got my test back and only got a 78%…but that’s not bad..it was the average…I probably could have done better though. Anyways, then we headed out. Stopped in Ririe to borrow a pickup and then stopped in Shelley to visit with some of his family. His one great grandma cracks me up. She’s like 93 or something like that…and she’s hilarious. After that we headed to Pocatello and got there and went out to dinner. Then went back to Matt’s moms and just visited. Sunday we woke up and got ready and went to breakfast and then went back and watched the race. I slept through most of it…but Kenseth did pretty good! Still leading the points!!! Martin didn’t do so hot, but oh well. Then we visited a little more and helped them pack some stuff(they are moving to Boise this next week) anyways….then we headed out..with a pickup load of stuff!!! We got a new computer desk..it’s like one of the corner ones..or L-shaped ones, whatever you want to call it. We ended up with his mom’s complete set of stoneware. Whole bunch of stuff. We stopped at his brothers house on our way out, but his wife was the only one home. Hung out there for a minute then came home. Made it home in time to watch American Dreams…total shock at the end! Geez! Anyways, after we got home we just kinda hung out. Unloaded everything then watched TV. Got to bed pretty late so I had a hard time waking up to go to work…lol..yeah right..I think I just hate going to work period.
Work sucked…as usual. I got our tshirts from my dad though(the ones he got us in Vegas) Mine is a cool Mark Martin one and Matt’s is an awesome Kurt Busch one.
Today I get to do nothing! Well I could..but I’m going to do some Spring Cleaning. It’s Spring Break so I don’t have school…but they didn’t want me to work because the other girl is. I was a little mad because I could use the extra hours, but hopefully I won’t be there much longer. Just waiting to hear the word from my mom so I can give them my 2 weeks. I was hoping it would be before the 27th so I didn’t have to go to the customer appreciation thing…oh well.
Ohhhh my cousin had her baby yesterday! I guess she’d been in a TON of pain and really uncomfortable. Considering she was a week overdue I can’t say I blame her. The Dr was kind of a pain though. They were going to let her go 2 weeks before they induced her!!!! Talk about crazy! She’d been in and out of the hospital but wouldn’t dialate past 3 so they kept sending her hope. Finally she went up and they broke her water and let her go from there….we figured she’d end up having a c-section considering how small she was…and she did. The baby was friggen 8lbs and 9oz. That’s pretty darn big for her!! She’s just a tiny person! Anyways, so yeah..I bet she’ll never want to have kids again lol…it’s crazy because you hear about the people who have the perfect pregnancy and the perfect labor…hers definitely wasn’t either or….but anyways. I’ve got a lot to do today so I better get going!
