I CAN DO THIS!

So here is my second attempt at losing weight! I wil be bringing in the new year in my new size! I can do this!!!  I have realized I CAN lose weight on my own, even if I allow myself a ‘free day’.  I have decided that day will be Saturday. I lost 13lbs by  practicing my "1200 Calorie Diet" on Monday- Friday Afternoon. Now I will do it ALL the time except for my FREE DAY.

Yesterday was my first day, and it went very well. I had to do a little planning, and a little adjustments to last nights dinner, but I can TOTALLY do this!  I finally took one of my friend’s advice from a while back, and incorporated the 5 small meals a day into my 1200CD, and it totally makes a difference. I don’t feel like I have to eat alot at lunch  because I had a filling  snack 3 hours ago.  Same applies for Dinner, etc.
