And what’s the super-secret ninja plan? Set my word count at 25,000 EXACTLY (it currently says 24,504, but my actual word count is 25,473), and then not update it at all until Saturday Sunday night, and take today, tomorrow (which is a day off from school and work for veteran’s day), and Saturday Saturday, and Sunday to add 25k to my word count, so I can pop up out of nowhere with a 50k word count that will blow the fvk out of Will.

Whaddaya think?

Why did I think of this? Last year it took me 12 days to finish (I’ll be honest; I don’t remember how many days it took me to finish. But everyone else seems to remember it taking me 12 days, so I’ll just go with that EDIT: read below where i have the link to the entry that proves that I did it in thirteen days! A far more reasonable number, if I may say so myself…), and last year I was writing to the 50k point. So, Saturday Sunday will be the 12th 13th. Let’s keep up with that new-found tradition, eh?

And also blow the fuck out of Will.

Yes. Because that is my ultimate goal. *calls him a bastard and shakes fist at him*.

Okay, off to go set my word count to 25k and then write like hell! And no, I won’t post anything beyond that 25k until Saturday Sunday night. But don’t worry, because I write entries every night, so you guys will get to know how well I’m doing tomorrow night when I write n+11. TTFN! (this is a lie, because I’ll be keeping track of my word count below *points downwards*)

Okay, people, so here’s the deal: I fell asleep and then woke up and hit 26k. Then I invited Amanda Black over after she called and was saying how frustrated she is, and she’s got her computer so we’ll put Sidd to bed and stay up writing until all hours of the night. Also, she’s bringing food. I have none, and don’t want to walk to the grocery store right now. Feet hurt. Long story. Not a very interesting story, either.

That’s right, losers who keep telling me I finished in twelve days, IT WAS THIRTEEN DAYS!!!

I’m giving myself until Sunday to finish this baby. Not killing myself in two days.

So, the following will consist of my landmarks along the way to reaching 50k; every time I reach a new thousand, I’ll come and post it here. Even though this one only consisted of writing about 500 words. Shush, it counts!

27,374 – 1:15 am Friday (shush; Amanda and Sidd were over and there was not as much writing getting done as I was hoping for)
