NoJoMo #28: Cutting it Close

I actually had a ton to write tonight, but I got caught up in sewing and just realized it’s nearly midnight and I should have been in bed hours ago, so I’m going to make this brief.

Today was a long, horrible day, and I’m glad it’s over. Long day at work, layoffs at work, long drive home, in the rain, getting stuck on the highway because there was an accident at my exit and I didn’t realize it before I passed the exit before. I didn’t get home till nearly 7:00 and I ended up stopping and getting fast food, even though I’m supposed to be eating healthier. Kids in bed at 8:30 and I’ve been sewing and watching Gossip Girl until now.

I’ve been working on these pillows I found on Pinterest, and it’s very tedious and time consuming, and I’m not even sure I’m doing it right. So far, they look like this:
