CRAZY… INSANE… WORK DAY!

When I left work on Friday our schedule was pretty much as it had been… slow. Today??? Well… It started off with my co-worker calling me asking why I had not been in yet? Evidently I was supposed to be at 7 AM instead of my usual 8 AM! Nice! and I was already running late

So…. get to work and lo and behold the schedule has suddenly blown up! Every Fluffy, Buffy and Duke seemed to be ill this morning and they all had to come in RIGHT NOW! and the phones? Ohhhh.. don’t even want to go there!

Dental Cleaning
Urinary Tract Infections x3
Vomiting
Weeping Eye
Red Eyes

Oh yeah… and every Fluffy, Buffy and Duke did NOT want to be poked and prodded today. So… with some muzzles, to the shoulder cat gloves, some wrestling and a very patient doctor we managed to diagnose and treat everyone.

In the middle of all this chaos? We lost a dear elderly patient that just could not hang on any longer. She will be missed dearly.

An hour of over time and home….

Gotta pop another cork!
