So far *Now with fmily photos

I don’t have much time, so right now, everything has to be bulletted.
My sister and her family got here on Wednesday. My mom drove us to the airport to get her. The baby took to me right away, but that’s probably because I look just like her mother. I mean, we have the same DNA.
My best friend from high school (Marilyn) got here on Friday. I drove MYSELF to the airport (which is a HUGE deal) to get her. It was like NOTHING changed!
Friday night, straight from the airport without going home first, Marilyn and I went to see Beauty and the Beast at the St. Louis Muny. We didn’t get in until midnight. But, it was a GREAT show and she liked it a lot. I’m so glad that she’s a theater junky too!
Saturday, we had a welcome baby/almost 1 birthday party for baby Kenzie.  Not a huge amount of people, but still nice. That night, we all just hung out. I ate like absolute crap.
Sunday, my mom, sister, husband, Marilyn and I went to go see Wicked at the Fox in St. Louis. Again, a REALLY great show. Marilyn hadn’t seen it yet. So, I had to keep my mouth shut about all the secrets in it! Believe that is hard to do! Unfortunately, due to my ongoing stomach issues and the amount of crap I ate on Saturday, I had to get up during "Dancing Through Life" to visit the ladies room. But, I was back before "Popular" began. Oh well, at least it was just the once.
Monday, Marilyn and I got on the train to the airport (I refuse to drive in rush hour traffic at 7AM). We got there, we were both sad, and I left her at security. Stupid security. I wish I could go to the gate with her. I’d gladly go through security to be able to sit with her until her plane came.  But, she went home. Monday night my sisters, brother in-law and I went to a baseball game. The Cardinals were winning and then they began to suck. So, at the bottom of the 7th inning, HolyCowItsMe’s husband looked at her and said, "Your bad juju is making them lose. You need to bounce." It’s common knowledge in my family that anytime my twin sister watches a Cardinals baseball game, that they lose. So, she and I left the stadium to stand/sit right outside on the flower-benches that they make available. Yeah. The Cardinals won the game. HolyCowItsMe is forever banned from the Cardinal ballpark.
And, we just got back from family photos. I’ll post some when we get them, we’re supposedly getting a CD. I’m pretty sure we’re going to end up on the "Awkward family photos" website. Wait until you SEE them.
I need to figure out my lunch.

This first photo is: Tesia (big girl), my mother, Kenny (green shirt), Evan (blue shirt) and Kenzi (baby).
awww!

In this photo is my brother Jeremy, my older sister Heather, HolyCowItsMe (purple), my mother, and Me (green shirt)
oh, geeze...

And this final photo is HolyCowItsMe holding Kenzie, Heather in the center back, Me holding Evan, Jeremy holding Kenny and my mom holding Tesia.
the gang

(FYI: Kenzie is HolyCowItsMe’s daughter. Tesia is Heather’s daughter. And the boys are mine)

These photos took a LOT of work to get. There are actually 55 photos. These 3 just happen to be not completely awful.  All of the adults are wearing T-Shirts from Old Navy in the same style. I didn’t want to all wear the same color. That always looks so silly to me. So we chose spring colors. And the boys are wearing collared shirts because they were the only shirts I could find that were solid colors without any stripes or graphics on them.

when the boys were smaller, they looked less alike (at least in the pictures I saw), but it’s funny how much kids change early on. Now they look very much alike. They are beautiful.

I was thinking that I liked the colours. I love all the photos. I got all the same colour but not all the same shade for our family photos in the near future.
