Flu
Oh yeah. I’ve got the flu. Good times. H1N1 (swine flu) has been confirmed at Kenny’s school. He’s fine. Evan’s fine. Nathan’s fine. I have 101.8 fever with the sweats and chills and headache. Thank goodness I’m not throwing up. If I’m sick tomorrow, I’m going to have to go to the clinic so I can get an FMLA form. I have no leave left and if I’m sick, I gotta use FMLA. Yay.
In happier news, my Halloween costume came and it fits. 🙂 Mom and I went to the fabric store earlier today (when I was feeling up) and all the stuff I needed was 50% off. WOOH! She’s going to sew the tulle onto some ribbon to make an over-skirt belt. That way, I’ll be able to resell costume and my niece can use the belt for dress-up. Since everything was on sale, I was able to purchase a head piece and some pearl strappy things so that the costume doesn’t look strapless (it has clear straps). All that’s left for me to get is a pair of shorts or something to wear underneath because tulle is see-thru. Nobody wants to see THAT much of my body except my hubby.

Don’t get sick! Goodness, I think the swine through must be contagious through OD – about half my favorites have it!
