SCORE! We trapped the little bugger. Nathan checked the traps last night. We heard a whole lot of scrambling very early in the morning. Unfortunately it must have been the death throws because it got caught in one of the kill traps. It was supposed to be "quick and painless" but I don’t know. I just hope that’s the last of the early morning sounds. The little scratchings and whatnot. We left two other traps up there just in case, but I didn’t hear anymore noises last night or this morning.

Now all we have to do is figure out where the damn ants are coming from in the kitchen. We’ve sprayed pretty much everywhere, but we still have ants next to the stove. I’m going to have to pull out the stove and fridge and see if there’s a nest in the wall. Yay fun.

Happy birthday to me! 31 at 1:47PM Central Standard Time. 🙂 I made chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing and rainbow sprinkles. There’s also some funfetti cupcakes with white icing and sprinkles. I had a chocolate one for breakfast. YUMMY! And tonight I get to go to the Cardinal vs. Cubs baseball game. WOOHOO!

17 days until I get to see RENT with Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp. WOOHOO! I get butterflies in my stomache every time I think about it.
