NoJoMo 14

Still feeling a bit thhppbbbt. On an amusing note, I got up this morning and was freezing my tuckus off. I could NOT get warm so I pulled on two pair of socks, my long john pants, a pair of fleece pj bottoms, my long john shirt, a t-shirt, and a sweatshirt. I was still cold so I piled underneath 4 blankets. I was STILL cold!! I was under the blankets for almost an hour trying to warm up and all I could think to myself was "jeez- I must be sicker than I thought. I should be warm by now!!" Finally I forced myself to crawl out from underneath the covers and over to the thermostat to turn up the heat only to realize that it was 55 degrees in the house!! Our furnace was blowing cold air. Lovely.  At least I wasn’t losing my mind, I suppose.

I think Martin has now fixed the heat although it still doesn’t work quite as well as it should. Apparently we have issues with purchasing homes with functioning heat and air. :/
