Sunday is not Rant Day

First of all, what the FUCK is this?!

TERRIBLE is what it is! What a load of utter rubbish! Nowhere does he mention how to solve various complex problems that may have caused these situations to occur, but he doesn’t even mention alternatives to this drastic measure, such as HELPING the teachers improve, or looking into extra support or training. If you under perform, you are fired. That is it. 

And how slimy is it to dodge around their questions like that? To just be all "Oh, well, it’s not MY decision to fire teachers at will." When he is basically giving the green light to headteachers to do exactly that. How on earth can he put these stupid practices into place and then take no responsibility whatsoever for it? FUCK!

Anyway, it’s Sunday, not rant day, so I’ll end with my secondly:

My breakfast this morning – fried up leftovers (potato wedges and a slice of ham) mixed with a couple of scrambled eggs, topped with cherry tomatoes, onion and rocket salad, with a freshbrew coffee. NOM!
