….Now that I’ve vented, cried, and sulked….

I’ll write a little more about my time with Makiyah. The night I got there I was wearin a low cut shirt that was supposed to have one of those built in bra’s in it. They so do not work. Not for women w/ an abundance in that area. Anyway, I wanted be comfy in the car so I didnt wear a real bra with it. Well Makiyah was chillin on the floor with me. At first she was sittin in between my legs with her back leaned up against me watching tv with my arms around her. She decides to come around and play with my dogtag around my neck. We were all watchin her play and stuff and I pull my shirt up a little cause it was slippin down. Then right when I did, she decides to pull my shirt down and take a peek. I grab my shirt and fix it again and we all started laughin. The rest of that night she had me and my mom in the wind walkin her back and forth around the house. She loves it. She keeps goin around in circles and stuff just to keep walkin. Kerri fell asleep on us. Dad and Josh were gettin ready for bed and our moms were in the kitchen. So Makiyah crawls to the room and pushes the door open to find me. So I pick her up and hold her to where she’s layin across my arms and she didnt fuss so I knew she was sleepy. I was still standin up so while she was distracted by the tv I started to rock her. She was dozing off and I would’ve had her asleep if Aunt Linda didnt walk into the room. She took her and startin puttin her to sleep but Makiyah fussed and cried until she couldnt no more and finally fell asleep. I laid down and watched tv until about 2. Fell asleep until 4 when Ben texted me. I talked to him for about an hour. After that I couldnt go back to sleep. I knew mom and Linda was up so I got up with them.

While they were talkin in the kitchen I went into Linda’s room to watch tv and keep an eye on Makiyah just in case she woke up. She did wake up and was about to start crying but I pulled her on top of me (I was layin down in the bed) and rocked her while I held her. She fell asleep on my chest for a while. And I just held her and watched music videos early in the morning. Kerri came in  around 6:30.  About 15 mins later Makiyah woke up and I was the first person she saw since she was layin on my chest and she just had the biggest grin on her face. It was too cute. Kerri was like my baby’s up and she was talkin to Makiyah but Makiyah was intent on playin with my dogtag again and ignored her mother for a few mins. lol. She then got up and started dancin the the music videos. lol.

Throughout the day she was dancing and singing. She cant say the words to her song but you can definitely tell she’s singing. We always sing this song to her to get her to dance and now she sings along with it. She provided the entertainment while I dyed and cut her mother’s hair. lol. That is when she wasnt gettin into mischief. Splashin the toilet water when we werent lookin. And tryin to climb the bookcase and tryin to play my bro’s Nintendo Game Cube. Good times. Well Ive rambled on and on and on. I think you all have enough to read now. lol. God bless!
