Quote comp – Q4 answer and Q5

In case you had forgotten, here is the quote:

The first answer, though incorrect, is the one which wins Best Answer, cos it made me laugh:
It was me after the explosion in the cheese factory! LOL! [DeathWarmedUp]

It could be true, I dunno. For the purposes of the competition however, it is incorrect. Sorry.

The next answer was wrong, but gave me some info I did not know before:
Is it something a Green Bay Packers fan said? They are referred to as Cheese Heads….[poohbear1]

However, the smartpants award this time goes to Cosmic. This is what I want from the answers:

Correct. This is the sort of answer I want. The only way that Cosmic could have given me more information is if she told me it was said to Giles in his dream.

Next quote. And I am going to sent you on a hunt through my diary as the answer is in one of my entries:
