Not feeling really full this morning… I felt thirsty and gross from last night. But I wanted to get the day off right, so:

Breakfast: Sunflower wheat bread (150), egg (70) and half an avocado (140). Total: 360

Lunch: Lentils on spinach (320)

Snack: Pecans, apple (290)

Dinner: Smoothie (285)

Total: 1255

Gym: Pilates
