Breakfast: Muscle Milk… they were handing out full bottles as samples at my gym this morning. (220)
Lunch: We went to this vegetarian restaurant and I had their version of a santa fe salad with seitan (350?), nonfat tea latte (90?) and splint an order of sweet potato fries (170?) Total: 710? Estimate
Snack: Kombucha (70)
Dinner: We cooked and made this sunflower wheat bread (150) and cream of asparagus soup (120). Both from Cooking Light. 270
Drinks: Vodka soda (100)
Total: 1370
Exercise: Running…inside, 2 miles. I was going to go outside, but it was 29 degrees out… too damn cold.
