Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries and almond butter (330)

Lunch: Catered…  Fairly healthy, they brought in Corner Bakery so I had the "Mom’s Turkey". Couldn’t do anything about the mayo, but I tossed the chips and monster M&M cookie. (470)

Snack: Apple, almonds (290)

Dinner: Smoothie (285)

Total: 1375

Exercise: Uh… none. Again. We usually go Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This week is completely off because of travel, etc… but I’m planning my first outside run of the season Saturday morning! I’m going after work to get an armband for my iPhone.

Ah well, I’ve always heard that what you look like is 80% what you eat and 20% how often you work out.
