The first question I get asked when people see Mason’s hair is whether or not I had heartburn when I was pregnant with him.
To which I answer, "no". And then they are all flabbergasted that the old wives tail is not true.

I’m pretty pleased that Mason’s eyes are still blue.
Granted, they’re a very dark gray-blue. But I’m not gonna complain.
His eyes are reminding me a lot of Gabe’s eyes when Gabe was that age.
Gabes were just a bit lighter. The shape is very much the same, however.

His poor little face is just taken over by his big fat chipmunk cheeks.
Josh’s neice had big cheeks like these when she was little.
I think they’re pretty darn cute. <3

Mason’s nickname while in utero was "demon spawn".
As in, Josh’s demon spawn.
And now I have the picture to prove he’s the demon spawn…
