Ooops.*

So…

Yea.

Nope, it wasn’t planned. Hence, the "oops".

I was due for my period on Monday. I have the textbook 28 day cycles, with ovulation on day 14. No period monday morning. Or Tuesday. Or this morning. I didn’t have the opportunity to go anywhere to get a test due to the fact that I was out of town at the euthanasia seminar.

Although, I highly doubted I was pregnant. No symptoms. No nausea, no fatigue, no sore breasts, nothing.

I got back into town around 6pm this evening, stopped at CVS, and peed on the stick as soon as I got home. To both mine and Josh’s surprise, a big old "YES" popped up in the window.

My first reaction? "Oh no…"

NOT good timing. How am I going to perform my job while pregnant? Josh is getting deployed. The boys are a handfull. Things could be better financially. And, I also found out that my superviser is pregnant. She’s 5 months along, and I’ve been telling her this whole time that she’s pregnant. She should listen to me a little more often… so, there’s two of us in our department that’s pregnant. It’s going to take it’s toll, for real.

But, Josh and I are both getting excited. He’s still a bit in shock… but I can tell he’s secretly a bit excited. =) He called his mom right away, was telling some friends in the store this evening, etc.

I’m… ok. Nervous. Excited. Worried. Thrilled. Holy crap, ANOTHER baby!

I’m due somewhere around October 26th. The boys will be just a couple months shy of 3 & 4. Pretty good spacing, me thinks.

LOL. I like your title. OOOPS hahaha. I should take one of those. I kind of was slightly careless the past month. oops lol.

That might not be bad spacing. Thats about how much I PLAN to wait before having another one. It wont be easy but you’ll manage! You always manage some how.
