It’s getting closer….

57 days to go….then I will have a new last name. Ok really it takes a few weeks before you officially get the new last name since you have to mail the license and wait for the certificate to come back but still….

So yes….I am starting to get excited. Dropped the second batch of invites into the mail today to some of my friends and most of N’s family. Talked to his mom today and she is buying her airline tickets next week.

I didn’t realize fabric had gotten so expensive. I was going to need 8 yards or so for the ceiling in the bathroom. So instead, I bought some twin size flat bedsheets lol. Figured that should work…it’s just a temporary fix.

We went and got more rock to finish off the little pond that is on the patio where we are getting married. The floor is almost ready to be laid in the basement bathroom – just mopping to clean up the dust and grime from sanding and mortar from the brick.

I have ordered the knobs and pulls for the cabinets in the upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom. N has been painting the block outside to help get it cleaned up. We have laid mulch around the front of the house. We have just about gotten our plans figured it out. Things are moving along

So it’s starting to get real. Still tons to do but things are starting to form up nicely. I have to get off my ass and start contributing more or N is going to hate me lol. Granted I have paid for the majority of the supplies but he has done the majority of the work 😛
