So it continues…

I gave my notice to my job for January 31.  Hopefully the other one will have everything in line for my Feb 1 start date. 

We have now been in the apartment for 2 weeks.  It rocks.  N has been sick as a dog for the last few days.  I feel so bad for him.  We have started calling the stuff "The Crud"  Everyone we know is or has been sick and it keeps coming back.  It is nuts.  I hope he gets to feeling better soon.

N also left the job where he was cooking.  He still has his other part time job but it isn’t much money with only one of them.  He is out looking for another one but hasn’t been successful yet.  Hopefully he will find something soon.  I know he is going crazy not working and we could use the money.

So apparently in March we are supposed to take a trip to Las Vegas and then Colorado.  I was teasing him that if we were going to be in Vegas we should just get married there.  The Halloween wedding sounds good but it seems like a lot of work for the handful of people that would actually be there.  My mom can drive there easy and his parents will already be there so seems like the perfect thing – told him we could get married by Elvis 😛

Anyway…things are still good.  I am just waiting for this change from my day job to the work at home job.  I am hoping N gets an evening job so he won’t be home when I am trying to work.  It is a little crazy but still looking forward to it.  that’s about it — nothign much happening.  Just working on getting stuff for the apartment and getting settled.
