Fun Weekend :)

So…it was a pretty damn good weekend actually.

Friday, K picked me up and we went and had some Mexican. Still haven’t gotten to go see Batman because he wasn’t feeling a movie. He had a pretty bad day himself so we just wanted to chill. Went and had food…drove around a while…went out to the racetrack…talked to some of his friends and looked at horses. He dropped me off about 10:30.

Well I decided I still wanted a drink (hadn’t had one all night) so headed out to my little hole in the wall karaoke bar. Had a beer…hung out with some of the people I know there. Met this guy N who hasn’t been in town long….he is a chef….broke up with his woman a couple weeks ago…so we just talked all night – gave me someone to hang out with. Ended up giving him a ride home because it was on my way. He got my number – told him about K so wasn’t trying to hook up but he just wants people to hang out with.

Saturday I went and got my hair done. Was planning on doing a bunch of stuff after that but J called and needed the car to go help out an old lady from church. So when I got done, I stopped at the pawn shop to make a payment then headed home. She got back and I decided we needed to go out. so made her leave the house and go to my bar with me (which is a place she hates). N was there so hung out with him most of the night then J and I left. Well we had left and gone home and got a text saying N and his friend should have gotten a ride home with me. I told them I would come back and get them. J was drunk and sad and whining about her boyfriend so it gave me an excuse to leave. So I went to get them…told him to take his time finishing his beer. Hung out for awhile then drove him and his roommate home. When we got to their place his roommate was all you can come inside if you want…I said no..that’s ok lol. Anyway..N did give me a little kiss…not like a tongue down my throat…just a little kiss on the lips.

N is a nice guy but so not relationship material….besides K has grown on me. He has issues though. His mom took him to the casino for an early birthday and apparently it went bad. The withdrawals from the medicine were making him feel bad and he had a serious anger bout….went off on his whole family..apparently said he was just tired of it all and wished it would end. Now keep in mind, he knows my views on the want to kill yourself game…I don’t play it. He told me that I say I am scared I will run him off but he is scared he will run me off…cause who needs all the drama? He said I could walk away and he would be fine with it. I told him I wasn’t going anywhere. I understand the cause behind it.

He is totally in love with me…and honestly he is growing on me. When he took me home Friday, we sat in the car and talked for a bit. Right before I was going to get out, he kissed me and ran his finger down my neck and chest and said when he feels better, this whole waiting thing isn’t going to work out lol….at least I know I will get some sooner rather than later 😛  So for the moment, I am going with it.  Crazily enough, we have now discussed weddings and engagement rings….The ring conversation started out innocent just talking about rings – cause he likes gaudy ass rings…told him I just like simple ones.  So I told him what I like then he said let me show you the ring I would buy you if I was buying you one — it was actually gorgeous…but like 2k.  I told him I don’t like really expensive rings — yes I realize by ring standards it isn’t that expensive but by his income standard it is.  The crazy thing is, if we stay together, I think I would probably have a ring by Christmas…just going with it for now and will see how much I can take 😛
