Sweet September is here…end of Summer.  The days fly by as scattering Autumn leaves against the wind. The temperature here is gorgeous.  We’ve been blessed with a bit of Indian Summer and we’re basking in the Sunshine.

Work is going well and I am happy.   I’m still knitting.  I am working on my first knitting project…I’m knitting myself a scarf.  There are a few dropped stitches but it is coming out well.  This is my first knitting project and I’m proud!

Hubby and I are now watching Adam Hart Davis…’What the Victorians did for Us’.  I quite enjoy this series.  It is quite intersting and he shows you intersting things that the ancients did for England.

Christmas is coming soon!  I’ve started typing and updating our Christmas card list.   I’m soon going to enjoy my first English Christmas!  Pretty soon the A-Team is going to start our annual Christmas Hamper.  Every year, Tony, my Father-in-Law says that they buy a large hamper and fill it with all sorts of delights like chocolates, unperishable foods, liquour and other leissurely treats for us to enjoy during our Christmas holidays.

Your knitting sounds a bit like mine. It may not look great, but it is very satisfying!
