Flyby rambling

One day I’m going to have plumbing that actually works. I have almost no hot water in my kitchen. My shower won’t drain. And I have to take the lid off my toilet and get my hand all wet (eww) to flush it. I am so bloody annoyed.

Went to spend the day with SeekingJoella last night. I absolutely adore that girl. We had a supertasty lunch then hung out at the beach for a bit before going back to her place and breaking in her new hookah.

I feel like crappola today. My friend Ian is having a BBQ for the 4th and I’m bringing the Spanish rice (thank you, El Pollo Loco) so I have to go, but I’d love ever so much to flake. I just don’t feel like hanging out with people today. It’s probably better that I get out of the house because there’s gonna be a big BBQ at my building today and a crapload of people that I don’t know will be here and I don’t feel like pasting on smile and mingling with strangers. Maybe Tony will be here, though. That’d be awesome. I’d love to pick his brain about life on tour. And Greg! I love listening to his pothead theories on life.

Crapcakes, I just realized what time it is. Must jump into my non-working shower and hit the road. I’m late!!
