The Joy and the Pain
I feel so friggin good right now! My arms are shaking and Im weak all over, but I feel great! Earlier today I lied to my trainer and made some excuse why I couldnt make our appointment. He said he could fit me in later in the evening (and I had run out of excuses) so I showed up. Before I went I was so fatigued I could barely keep my eyes open. Now the endorphins are flowing and I feel fantastic! This is why I hired a trainer. If it had been up to me I would have stayed home to veg out probably wouldve eaten a bunch of crap, too, since I would have been bored. But he kept my mind and body occupied.
I know that personal trainers arent for everyone, but I would recommend that everyone at least try it especially if you are lacking motivation. They work you through plateaus and help you maintain enthusiasm. Ill also be seeing a nutritionist next month. Ive talked about the Dr. Ornish diet recently and I plan to stick to that. But I want to know if there are certain foods that have an affect on hypothyroidism along with a few other things. So Im trying to get my motivation level back up. I need to make my diet more of a focus here. Feel free to slap me around if you notice none of my entries revolve around diet Ill probably be avoiding it for a reason! J
I love that after-excercise feeling! It’s fantastic, isn’t it? I was so bad over my vacation! Time to get back in the groove!!! RYN: PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. It is when the female body produces too many androgen hormones which in turn stifles ovulation and produce a range of side effects such as irregular cycles, excess body hair, and a tendency to be overweight.

I love the endorphine rush that comes from working out.
