You Got The Right Stuff

First of all, I’d like to say that I have never seen so many females my age and older go crazy over something like THIS.  In all honesty, I wasn’t all that much into them back in the day, so the fact that they have reunited doesn’t really have that much of an effect on me.  I do find it hilarious the number of females that are going stir crazy over these guys yet again.  LOL

So Jacob is on his way to his mom’s right now.  They didn’t end up leaving until about 7:30 tonight, so it’s probably going to be 11:30 or later when they get in.  I thought that he wasn’t going to be gone by the time I got home, but was pleasantly surprised to find him laid out across the bed when I walked in the door.  LOL  Of course he just had to get some last minute nookie before his trip.

I really need to vacuum.  Everytime I look at the dog she is picking something up from the ground and chewing on it.  LOL  Poor dog.

Last night after my late night entry about being bored, I logged onto facebook.  i was able to find my very first best friend ever.  We were friends when we were like 3 and 4 years old.  My mom got married when I was 5 and we moved to my hometown, so I didn’t get to see her much after that.  Then our moms ended up having a falling out, and after that we never talked or saw each other again.  I had always wondered what happened to her.  I knew that she was still in Lincoln, and I remember whenever I would go stay with my aunt during the summer, I would try and get ahold of her.  It never worked out though.

So last night, I found her on facebook.  I decided to take a chance and sent her a message to see if she remembered me.  I didn’t know if she would or not, so I was pleasantly surprised when I had already gotten a response when I logged on again today.  Turns out that she does remember me as well, and now I’m hoping that we will be able to stay in touch and rekindle our friendship.  I’m so excited about this!

I’m watching 20/20 right now, and they are doing a report about a website that is 100% anonymous that allows people to completely gossip, spread rumors, and basically say whatever you want (true or not) about people.  What the hell?  Why would somebody even think of doing that?  While I’d like to think that people are typically good, after seeing something like that it just makes me sick to see that a lot of people are just completely hateful.  What the hell do they get out of doing something like that to somebody else.  It’s so sad to see what society has truly come to.
