Two Entries… One Week…

… what is the world coming to??  LOL  I don’t really have the time to write much, but at the same time, I really want to get back into the habit of writing on a more regular basis.  I totally miss OD.  I remember when I used to get notes from so many people, and now other than the few dedicated readers, it’s as if I’m non-existant on OD.

I would love to change that!!!  I miss all my notes!!!  LOL

So, let’s see… what’s new with me?  Not a whole lot really.  Made it through another week though.  That’s one of the things I love most about my job.  The days fly by, and before I know it, it’s that weekend again.  Time to hang up with my favorite guy!!!  =)

I don’t think that we will be doing much of anything this weekend though.  We are going to be pretty tight on money for the next two weeks.  We still haven’t paid the deposit for our apartment, and the landlord was nice enough to waive it until the 1st of February.  She would have waived it for even longer if we would have signed a 12 month lease instead of a 6 month lease, but since we only did 6 months, it is due by the beginning of February.  =(  I wish we would have signed that 12 month lease now.  Cuz we aren’t going to move anytime soon.  We love where we live.  So anyway…  we have to pay $700 this weekend for the deposit.  

Then rent is due by the 5th as well, and that’s another $1040.  Thank goodness I have direct deposit, and my check will be available hopefully by Friday next week.  That means we will be able to pay rent on time instead of a day late like we have been.  =)  I wish I got paid on the 5th each month instead of the 7th.  It would make things so much easier.  Luckily, Jacob will get paid again that following Friday, so we will only be tight on money for about 4 days or so.

I’m going to pay our PG&E today too.  That’s another $118, but at least it will be paid.  We are actually very fortunate when it comes to where we sit with money.  In all actuality we only have about $1700 in bill each month, and that is probably over-estimating.  That means that we have about $1700 of play money each month. 

So starting next month, I’m hoping that we can start to get some furniture for our place.  The way things sit right now, we basically only live in the bedroom because we don’t have any furniture for the living room.  =(  But that is so going to change.  And soon!!!  I’m hoping we can unpack the rest of the boxes that are just sitting in the living room this weekend.  We are paying for the whole apartment… not just the bedroom… LOL  We might as well attempt tp live in it.

Okay… so now my brain has stopped working, and I really can’t think of much else to write.  Wait!!!  maybe… ummm…  okay, no.  I’m done for now.  I may just come back and write more later though… never can tell with me.
