Sad…

That was the way my morning started out. Sara’s grandfather was murdered and she just found out this morning; she put up a post to facebook talking about his passing and didn’t give more details until later. I feel so bad for her. But I don’t want her grandfather’s death to be in vain so I’ll tell you a little of the details.

Sara’s Grandfather was checking on a friend’s house while they were gone and found someone breaking into it or something. Instead of contacting the police and waiting he confronted the people who in turn took his life and his car. They were pulled over and that was when things all started to fall into place 🙁 The morel of the story is step back and call the police and let  them do their job. Sara says she is doing all right but her dad and brother are a mess; they were much closer to the grandfather.

Another friend suffered a loss of a friend in the last two days I believe that was to cancer and he has to drive to Indianapolis tomorrow. I feel so bad for him too. Just wanted to mark this down and keep going. I was going to start off with a work rant, but that just doesn’t seem right. I never met her grandfather but if he is anything like his son and Granddaughter he must have been one incredible person.
